The Personal information that we may collect falls into the following categories:
1. Information you provide to us. In the course of utilizing our services for Education and Coaching products, you provide personal information about yourself. Personal information is often, but not exclusively, provided to us when you sign up for our events, contact us, or purchase any of our products. Every time you provide your personal information on any of our websites ( or it’s voluntary on your part.
2. Information updating. We rely on you to keep your information current in our system.
3. Personal information storage. We keep your information in our email marketing system as well as separately stored excel filing. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Our shopping cart is run on a secure server. Never send us any payment information on email, text, or carrier pigeon, but pick up the phone and call us.

Photographic & Feedback Release.
Authorization is granted to Cindy Bishop Worldwide or its agents or contractors to make and use photographs, audio, video, and feedback sheets of event participants for the purpose of marketing, training, or use in the creation of future products.
Video or audio recording of any production is prohibited.
Distribution of marketing materials from any Cindy Bishop Worldwide event, training, coaching program, or any website portal is prohibited.

Governing Law.
Any solutions not achievable by mutual consent will be governed in the county designated by a CBW legal representative in the State of Virginia. You agree that any dispute arising between you and CBW will be held in a court, or mediation, located in or around Fredericksburg, VA.

Anti-Spam Policy.
We do not send emails to people that do not have a relationship with our company. This relationship can start in the following ways, you (the person):
-Opted in to one of our email lists either at one of our sites or one of our partner sites.
-Attended an in-person training.
-Filled out an online survey in return for a gift.
-Entered a drawing or contest either online or in-person at a live event.
-Purchased a product.
-Became an affiliate to CBW.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and cash.
The POS method we are using for any installment payments is Square or PayPal for billing. Depending on your program, you will either receive a monthly invoice, automatic reoccurring payments, or a one time paid in full fee.

Payment is Due monthly, by the last day of the month, for Private Coaching Programs (minimum 6-month program). Payment is collected at the beginning of the term for the entire Laser Coaching (12-month program).
Any individual Coaching Sessions are paid upfront in one payment in their entirety.
Membership programs are either annual or monthly.
Returned Payment Policy.
The charge for a returned electronic (ACH Payment) or a returned check is $50. Items can be returned for a number of reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect account numbers or closed accounts. No matter the reason, the returned item charge is $50 due on demand along with the amount that was not paid.

Refund Policy
(Private, Laser, or individual topic Coaching).
There are NO refunds or exchanges permitted. Program payment is due in its entirety and monthly payments will be accepted as a courtesy.
Laser Coaching Program Fulfillment.
The Registrant takes on a commitment for the entire amount due for the program and the entire sum due for the program when initiated.

Any scheduled calls missed will forfeit any other calls for that month. Only one call can be scheduled at a time and no additional call can be scheduled until all assigned homework is completed and ready for the next scheduled call. Calls are up to 15 minutes each with 10 minutes dedicated to discussion topic point. Previous homework will be discussed at the beginning of the call with new homework established for the next call at the end of the call.
Private Coaching Program Fulfillment.
Agents eligible for private coaching are full time agents and have earned at least $75,000 in earnings over the last 12 months.
The minimum program term of 6 months is required and the entire sum is due and payable once the agreement has been initiated. A courtesy monthly payment due by the 1st day of the month will be accepted until such time as a payment is late or missed. If a payment is late or missed, then the balance of the program will be accelerated and due in full. If the balance isn’t satisfied upon receipt, then a 10% monthly fee will be assessed as well as court costs, attorney fees, and any other fees acquired will be bore by the Registrant.

Any scheduled calls missed will not be rescheduled. Calls can be rescheduled if notification at least 48 hours in advance is received to the coach via email.
Private coaching members can extend the program on a month by month basis as long as they are in good standing. 
Recommendations of other trainers(s):
All training Sessions with anyone we may recommend are between the contractor and the client. Ensure you understand the scope of the outcome and/or results you expect to complete by the end of the session. Cindy Bishop Worldwide LLC or its principals or employees will not be responsible for any work completion, results, refunds. or satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy.
Cindy Bishop Worldwide reserves the right to cancel a coaching call or membership program or event for any reason.
We will first move any registration to the new event date. Those registrants that are unable to attend the new date will be offered a refund or registration in another class via email.
Inclement Weather or Internet Failure Policy 
Events, scheduled calls, membership portal, website availability, or emails may be delayed, rescheduled, or adjusted.  Sometimes, inclement weather will prevent internet connections and/or electricity to be operational. We will make every effort to reschedule, adjust, or notify in the event any of these issues occur.
Membership in the Agent Education Training Center site
Monthly Membership:
If you wish to cancel the month-to-month auto-renewal, use the cancellation link here. A required 30 days’ notice is required. Once you give notice and receive confirmation, one additional monthly payment will be collected with the cancellation set to activate before the next auto payment. No full or partial month refunds given in this program.
Annual Membership: If you wish to cancel the annual auto-renewal, use the cancellation link on the Home Page of the membership site. A 30 day confirmed notice is required. Once you give notice and receive confirmation, you will be set up to deactivate with the cancellation set to activate before the next auto payment. No full or partial refunds given in this program.

This represents the entire Terms & Condition Agreements for all Coaching related programs and events.
